Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is $0 with no credit card required — download the app and record your first meeting today.
What happens to meetings older than 30 days on Free?
Nothing is deleted. On the Free plan you can open meetings from the last 30 days. Older meetings stay in your list, locked, and upgrading to a paid plan unlocks all of them at once.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every account that has never had a paid plan gets one 7 day Pro trial, starting when you sign up. No credit card is needed, and when the 7 days end you move to the Free plan automatically, with nothing charged.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 30 days of your first payment on a paid plan and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Email hello@lamponi.ai.
How do I get a free month?
Record 3 meetings of 5 minutes or more and your next month of Pro is free. If you have never paid, add a card to claim it and your first charge comes a month later. If you started a monthly Light, Pro or Unlimited plan, record 3 such meetings in your first month and your next bill is free. One free month per account.
What does “Unlimited” actually mean?
Unlimited recording minutes, plus unlimited chat, storage and exports — record all day, every day. Fair use applies: extreme volume may be rate limited.
Is my data private on every plan?
Yes — every plan, including Free, is end-to-end encrypted on your device with zero-access storage. We can't read your meetings. Not won't. Can't.
Does a bot join my calls?
Never, on any plan. Lamponi records screen and audio on your device — in person and on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Webex and FaceTime.
