Lamponi is provided by Murasaki Italia K.K. ("we", "us"), the entity responsible for handling your personal information in connection with the Service. Our details are at the bottom of this page.

• Account information — the email address (and password) you use to sign in.
• Meeting content — the recordings, transcripts, summaries, and chat history you create. Recordings are stored on your device by default and are synced to your account only when you are signed in and sync is enabled.
• Usage and billing-protection data — limited metrics such as transcription minutes and request counts, used to operate the Service and prevent abuse.
• Technical data — basic device, app-version, and log information needed to run and secure the Service.

Lamponi is local-first. Your recordings are stored on your own device by default. If you sign in and enable sync, your transcripts and (where applicable) recordings are copied to your account so you can access them across devices.

To run the Service we use trusted third-party providers as processors — for example, speech-to-text transcription, AI language processing, and cloud hosting and synchronization. We share your content with them only to the extent needed to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your meetings to train our own models. Providers may process data under their own terms and security measures.

Some of our providers operate outside Japan, so your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where we do so, we take measures intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

We retain your account and synced data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your meetings, and you can ask us to close your account and delete associated data, subject to any retention required by law.

Subject to applicable law, including Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of use of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how our advertising performs and how the site is used. We use Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ad measurement, Google Tag Manager with Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics for Google ad measurement and site analytics, and PostHog for product analytics. These record page views, clicks, downloads, account creation and purchases, and they set cookies in your browser. When you buy a plan we also send a hashed copy of your email address to Meta so the purchase can be matched to the advertising that led to it.

Your meeting content sits outside all of this. The pages that show your recordings, transcripts, summaries and encryption keys carry none of these scripts, by design.

You can limit this tracking through your browser settings and through the advertising controls Meta and Google provide. We also use minimal local storage for things like remembering your language preference.

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by these Terms, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice of material changes.
