AI meeting notes
with nothing added to the call.
Lamponi records your screen and audio on your own machine, names every speaker as they talk, answers your questions during the call, and has the summary waiting in an encrypted Vault before you say goodbye.
Record in person or in the meeting apps you use.
The transcript arrives while you are still talking.
Ask questions while the meeting is live.
"What price did she quote?" Ask while she is still on the call. Lamponi answers in seconds and prints the exact line she said it in underneath, so you can read the words before you act on them.
Nothing joins the call. There is nothing to approve.
Lamponi records your screen and audio directly on your machine, so no participant called "Lamponi Notetaker" ever appears in the list. That also means it works where a bot cannot go: a Slack huddle, a phone call, twenty minutes at somebody's desk, a room with a whiteboard and no dial in.
Leave the meeting with the summary ready.
By the time you close the call the summary is written and sitting in your Vault. Six months later you can ask one question across every meeting you have recorded and get the answer with the line that supports it.
Four things a bot in the participant list cannot do.
Screen and audio, together
Lamponi keeps the deck and the demo beside the words that explain them.
Every speaker, clearly named
Live transcription labels each line, so a quote leads back to the moment it was said.

Your meetings stay yours.
Recordings, transcripts, summaries and even meeting titles are encrypted on your device before anything leaves it. Your password becomes the key and stays on your machine. What we hold is ciphertext, so there is no screen anywhere in our company that shows your meeting.
Zero access storage
Recordings, transcripts, summaries and meeting titles are encrypted before they leave your device. You keep the key.
Your key stays with you
Your password becomes an encryption key on your device and stays there. Your password or recovery code is needed to unlock a meeting.
AI that keeps no copy
Transcription and AI handle a meeting only for the moment they need it, keep no copy, and train on none of it. Everything in storage stays encrypted.

Questions and answers.
Is Lamponi free?+
Yes. The Free plan is $0, needs no credit card, and includes 3 hours of recorded meetings a month, AI chat, transcription with speaker names, summaries and end to end encrypted storage.
Does a bot join my calls?+
No. Lamponi records screen and audio on your device, so "Lamponi Notetaker" never appears in the participant list.
Do I need consent to record a meeting?+
Recording laws vary by country and state. Some require everyone's consent. You choose when to start and stop. Tell participants when the law requires it.
Is it on Mac and Windows?+
Yes. Lamponi is a native app for macOS and Windows, with Linux supported too.
Can Lamponi read my meetings?+
No. Your meetings are encrypted on your device. Zero access storage keeps the keys with you.
Can I use Lamponi with my team?+
Yes. Teams and Enterprise options include volume pricing, SSO and procurement support.
Our security policy will not allow a recording bot in client calls.+
Nothing joins the call, so there is no bot to review. Lamponi captures what your machine plays and what your microphone hears, on the machine itself. The recording is encrypted on the device before it leaves, and your password is the key we do not hold.
How accurate is the transcription?+
Every answer Lamponi gives you comes with the transcript line it came from, so you can read the words rather than trust a number. Names, jargon and figures are where any transcription slips, which is why the citation sits under the answer instead of behind it.
Where does my audio go?+
Onto your own machine first, and it is encrypted there before any of it leaves. Recordings, transcripts, summaries and meeting titles are all encrypted with a key derived from your password. We store ciphertext.
Can it record a meeting with no link, like a conversation at a desk?+
Yes. Lamponi records the room through your microphone the same way it records a call, so a huddle, a phone call and an in person meeting all end with a transcript and a summary.
Is the free plan less secure?+
No. Free runs the same encryption as Pro and Unlimited, with your password as the key. Hours, AI strength and how much history you keep are what change between plans.
